Delivery Access Plan

- Cash-on-Delivery (COD) collection
- Entails a storage fee of Rs 50 daily per item for all items until return or delivery for same item is finalized.
This plan does not include reporting, reconciliation support, or priority handling and delivery prices.
Delivery Business Plan

This is our recommended plan and includes:
- Priority operational support
- Monthly delivery & COD reports
- COD reconciliation assistance
- Pickup coordination & issue handling
- Rate protection
- Eligibility for platform integration and warehousing services
Delivery Pro Plan
Rs 4600 / month

Designed for high-volume or growing businesses:
- All Business Plan benefits
- No pick up fees
- Free return on cancelled items monthly
- Weekly performance and COD reports
- Priority express delivery allocation
- Returns tracking & analytics
- Priority handling during peak periods
Pickup and Delivery Fees
Pickup Policy
- Pickups conducted 2–3 times per week
- Free pickup for batches of 10 parcels or more
- Below 10 parcels: Rs 150 per pickup (Delivery Access Plan & Delivery Business Plan only)
Delivery Rates
- Standard Delivery (3–4 business days): Rs 150Vat incl
- Express Delivery (within 24 hours): Rs 350 Vat Incl
- Sunday Delivery: Rs 400 Vat Incl
- Fragile Items: Rs 350 Vat Incl
- Large Parcels: As from Rs 250 + Vat (size/weight dependent)
Operational Charges
- Return after 3 unsuccessful delivery attempts: Rs 150 per unsuccessful delivery
- On-the-spot cancellation (“frais de déplacement”): Rs 150
